We value your privacy and data rights and the policy here details how we gather, store and use data,
In general we gather the absolute minmum of data and only what we need to complete your order such as your email, phone and delivery / billing address. By sending us this data via checkout, electronic form or by email you consent to us gathering this data, using it to fullfill your order and storing it for our records for 2 years.
This data is stored on squarespace’s servers automatically and shared with our delivery courier Evri. The form data is emailed to us and stored on Google Drive. Here are the details of google’s policies. And we keep a copy of each invoice offline on our computer for our own records.
We keep a record of this data for the purposes of being able to address issues such as potential refunds, replacements or gathering feedback as well as tracking income and sales patterns. We do not have access to your payment details, squarespace handles that securely.
Cookies:- Our site uses standard Squarespace cookies and we have not added any of our own at all. You can read the details of that policy here. We use this to let us know who is visiting the site and which pages they are interested in, squarespace also logs your IP address.
