Refund Policy
We want all our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases so we generally offer a full refund or a replacement if there is any problem with your order as long as it is reported to us within 14 days of arrival. In line with standard supplier practices, some particularly fragile products will need to be reported as damaged a little sooner to be elligible for this.
If the item is faulty we will cover the postage costs in both directions, if you simply change your mind then we ask you to cover the return postage costs. Please keep in mind when ordering that we are selling hand made products made from natural materials, some level of variation or imperfection may be present but all products will do have high quality standards and all products we sell should do their job very well.
